Returns and refunds

Merchandise

Faulty or wrong items. If an item is faulty, or not what you ordered, tell us within 6 months of receiving it. We will repair, replace or refund it, including the courier fee.

Changed your mind. You may return an unused item in its original condition within 7 days of receiving it, to swap the size or for a refund of the item price. You pay the cost of sending it back.

Membership

Membership contributions are voluntary and support the work of MDSA, so they are not refundable. If you paid by mistake, for example twice or the wrong amount, tell us within 7 days and we will refund the mistaken payment.

You can cancel a monthly membership at any time, and no further payments are taken after that.

Business directory

You can cancel a directory listing for a full refund until it appears in the directory. If MDSA declines a listing, we refund it in full.

How refunds are paid

Card payments are refunded to the same card through PayFast. EFT payments are refunded to the bank account you give us. We pay refunds within 10 working days of approving them.
